To get converted the Residential use of plot to Commercial use You have to apply to the Tehsildar of the area along with a stipulated conversion charge in case the area is small and if the area is a bigger one the power to get it converted goes to SDM and then District Magistrate and in some cases where the size of the area is very big with the spacial power of the state government with its cabinet clearance through the DM of the Area. |
